Return Policy

  • We at Skoosh constantly strive to provide you the finest quality products. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will do our best to make things right.
  • If you want to return a product, we will simply refund your money.
  • Once you’ve provided our support staff with all the relevant details, all you have to do is to return the item within 15 calendar days from the date you received it.
  • Skoosh will not be liable to provide any refund if the product is damaged.
  • Make sure that it is unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original packaging along with the original invoice to be eligible for a return.
  • If the returned item does not meet with the prescribed criterion to be eligible for a return, i.e. if it is found used and/or damaged and/or missing any of the original packaging or invoice, we will be unable to provide a refund.
  • Upon receiving your item, we will inspect the item and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
  • After your return is found eligible and approved, we will initiate a refund as per your original Mode of payment.
